Log into your Chem-X account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Securely

Place the items in their original shipping container, ensuring all hazardous material labels are visible and the product is cushioned to prevent leaks during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is written on the packing slip inside.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our facility receives and inspects the chemical integrity of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
